For your convenience when your machine needs to be returned for 

servicing, Clareblend provides a loaner for cost of shipping only.

When calling, have your serial number available. This is located on

the rear panel, upper, right corner. Please be patient as we will want

to lead you through a series of trouble shooting tests while on the telephone.

Sales

We sell to licensed or certified professional electrologists, estheticians or medical personnel who have completed their state’s required education.

To Place Your Order:

By Telephone call between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon are usually shipped the same day.

Payment Method: U.S. & International Customers.

Clareblend honors Visa, and Mastercard, C.O.D. (where available) or pay by check in advance. Next day, 2nd day & 3 day service is available at an additional charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

U.S. & International Shipping:

A signature is required for receipt of all shipments. Please make provisions for someone to sign for and receive your delivery. Shipping charges are calculated as close as possible to the actual cost to ship incurred by Clareblend at the time of your order.  C.O.D. orders - A nominal C.O.D. charge plus shipping are added to all C.O.D. orders. Pay either by cash, certified check or money order. 

Canadian Customers -

C.O.D. is not available between the U.S. and Canada. Payment for all orders must be by credit card or money order only. 

Equipment Specifications-

All equipment designed and manufactured at the Reno Nevada facility. Medical power supplies automatically detect AC wall current throughout the world. Products are FDA cleared or registered and utilizes green technology for low power consumption.

No Merchandise may be returned without prior authorization by Clareblend, Inc. A restocking charge of 15% will be applied on returned new unopened accessories. Any items reshipped will be subject to additional shipping & handling charges. Special orders and machines are non-refundable.
