Most problems are caused by accessories that are worn or not properly maintained. If you are experiencing problems with the currents on your equipment, use your accessory tester to eliminate an accessory problem.

Epilator

Intermittent current can be an indication of:

  • Broken wire in the probe cord

  • Bad accessory cord or connection

  • Bad footswitch or connection

Shocking can be an indication of:

  • Probe cord

  • Ground

  • Phoresis electrode

No current flow can be an indication of:

  • Foot switch

  • Probe Cord

No Power

  • Blown fuse

  • AC power cord

 

If you are still unable to determine if your accessories are faulty, call customer service at 1-800-334-7126. Depending on the model, we may ask you to perform the same and additional testing over the phone. Please be patient with our staff as we are trying to determine if a simple solution can remedy your problem without cost to you. The equipment may have to be sent to Clareblend for service. We can provide a temporary replacement for your convenience. The customer is responsible for shipping costs each way.
