

Most problems are caused by accessories that are worn or not properly maintained. If you are experiencing problems with the currents on your equipment, use your accessory tester to eliminate an accessory problem.
1. Intermittent current can be an indication of a broken wire in the probe cord, build up on the ground electrode or roller electrode. It can also include:
needle cord
accessory cord
foot switch
Shocking can be an indication of a faulty:
1. needle cord
2. ground or roller electrode
No current DC or RF - each current indicator light should illuminate as the foot switch is depressed
1. Faulty foot switch - repeatedly step on foot switch, each current indicator light should illuminate
2. Needle cord - wire could be broken causing intermittent or no current
1. Check fuse
2. Check AC power cord
If you are still unable to determine if your accessories are faulty, call customer service at 1-800-334-7126. Depending on the model, we may ask you to perform the same and additional testing over the phone. Please be patient with our staff as we are trying to determine if a simple solution can remedy your problem without cost to you. The equipment may have to be sent to Clareblend for service. We can provide a temporary replacement for your convenience. The customer is responsible for shipping costs each way.
